It’s taken us a week to recover from our epic showcase, you may have seen snippets from the day on our Instagram stories. We had such a great day meeting so many lovely couples and their friends and family. It’s always a pleasure to welcome guests to the Hall, and we were even blessed with glorious sunshine for the day, a sign that Spring is Springing!

We were joined by some of the best suppliers in the industry for the day, welcoming back familiar faces but also some new suppliers for their first visit to GH. Thank you all so much for helping to bring our showcase together with your talent and passion.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

For the first time at Garthmyl, we hosted industry-expert talks, discussing tips and tricks to planning a wedding. With insights from several suppliers covering all topics it was really helpful to our upcoming and prospective couples.

A huge thank you to Emmylou Kelly, Carly at HIDDEN, Helena Restall MUA, Donna from Pheasant Botanica and our very own Julia – owner of Garthmyl Hall for sharing their knowledge.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Over in our stunning dining room, our four set caterers, Tallulah & Co, Paisley Flour, Wild Garlic and Comyn Bruce provided an amazing tasting menu for couples to indulge in and sample their food to help them find a match to who they would like to cater their day. We must admit it is a tough decision to choose between them as they all offer an incredible food experience for your first meal as a married couple. Thank you to Serendipity for styling the table with gorgeous florals and stationery from Harris & Bloom.

All of our spaces were beautifully styled to share creative inspiration to suit all tastes, our marquee was beautifully dressed with draping from Mia Sylvia Herrod, crockery from Tipples, cutlery from Options Great Hire and stationery from Ten Story.

Heading outside to the Orangery we brought Vegas to Mid Wales! Funky streamers from Streamadelica, beautiful blooms by TMS Events, bright and bold stationery by Peach Wolfe with decorations including Giant Heart from Love Club, napkins from Avalon Home and banner from Day Dreamer.

As mentioned, we struck lucky with the weather (unfortunately we can’t guarantee it’s always sunny in Mid Wales!) but it brought our outdoor ceremony vision to life. Trying something new the Walled Garden, we set up the ceremony in front of our wonderful fig tree, styled with our new cocktail wall and lemon decorated parasols.

A big thank you must also go to Jason Allan, Electro Femme and Alis Huws Harp for entertaining our visitors and spoiling us with their musical talent.
