Your wedding day is the one day where you should be as relaxed as possible, with all of the attention being on you. You shouldn’t have to rush or share that time with anybody else. When searching for the perfect venue for your wedding you should be aware of late check in times, early check out times and the possibility of there being multiple weddings on any given weekend. While this may suit some couples, it isn’t for everyone – why should you feel as though you are on wedding conveyor belt?
At Garthmyl Hall we are an exclusive hire wedding venue, which means that there will only ever be one wedding per weekend. You will never feel rushed or that you have to share your day with anyone else. We aim to make you and your wedding guests feel as at home as possible allowing you exclusive use of the Hall and Grounds for the duration of your stay and not imposing early check out times.
An example weekend at Garthmyl Hall could be as follows:
You and up to 24 guests arrive early to the Hall on the Friday afternoon. You can enjoy the wedding preparations with a welcome meal, a BBQ or even afternoon tea with all your nearest and dearest in either the Dining Room or our Rustic Summer House. You can then spend the evening relaxing in either of our fully stocked bars before retiring to our luxury en-suite bedrooms.
The morning of the wedding you will be served breakfast in two sittings so the bride and groom don’t see each other! Then you will enjoy the wedding in your ceremony location of choice followed by drinks and canapés in the stunning Walled Garden. The wedding breakfast will be served in either the Ballroom, Summer House or Marquee, then everyone can enjoy partying until the early hours!
On the Sunday you can enjoy a well-deserved lie in followed by a late brunch or BBQ without worrying about having to leave early. These are just a few suggestions; we are happy to tailor the weekend to suit all your needs. For more information on our exclusive hire wedding venue, contact us.
